I’m going to make this as short as possible, this method is not for everyone but if you are capable and strong enough mentally and physically you can really make A LOT of money.

1) Go door by door offering lawn aeration.
2) Charge no less than a minimal of $35.00 for front/back (I’ve charged up to $70.00 per front/back, which is $140.00 per property. You should be able to estimate how much you want to price.
3) Move on to the next door, try and link houses, ask the home owner, do you know anyone else that would be interested in aeration?

Hi, my name is ____ I’m doing lawn aeration for this neighborhood, are you familiar with the service?

If you know me, you’ll already be aware that I don’t do much SEO and I’m not very technical, so coding anything is completely beyond me.

That doesn’t mean I can’t make money – I just have to focus on what I’m good at. That’s usually: simple ideas that will generate revenue from day one.

Before I start, please DO NOT PM me about this method. If you can’t figure it out from my post, then please go get a 9-5 job as IM is not for you.

You could call this “SEO-Jacking” (I just made that name up so please don’t Google it).

Here’s a really easy way to generate some cash each day. It does require some work, but it’s very simple so can be outsourced if necessary. It’s not particularly original, but I know it works as I use it for my main business which generates mid $XX,XXX a month in profits.

1) Find a niche. Doesn’t really matter what it is, but preferably something popular where there will always be buyers and a variety of products to choose from. Something like weight loss would be fine. Then find products and their aff programs (clickbank would be fine for this) or any offers with a cpa network.

2) Create a review blog. Preferably you would want to use a proper domain as that’s less likely to be flagged as spam. These cost a few bucks, as does hosting. Doesn’t matter what the name of the site is, although it helps if it is targeted. And please buy a .com not a .info or something crap like that.

Make it in WordPress (there are tons of “review” themes out there) and add reviews of 3-5 popular products (it’s best if they are already popular – you’ll see why in a bit). Try make them sound like real reviews. You could also go down the route of the personal blog – “I tried these pills and lost X in Y weeks”. Most things will work – just test different niches and different blog setups. Cloak your affiliate links and make sure they track correctly. If you’re lazy, you can just rip reviews from some top review sites – just bear in mind it’s unlikely you’ll ever rank for keywords (if that’s your intention down the line).

3) Setup Google Alerts for the following:

[product name] – for each different product you have reviewed
[your niche]
[competitor products]
[anything else that's relevant]

4) Check your G Alerts regularly.

5) If you’ve chosen a niche that is popular enough, you should get a ton of alerts like this. Usually they will be press releases, blog posts, forum posts so just make a note of all the URLs. If you’re not getting at least 100 alerts per day, add some more products or find a new niche. The idea behind using Google Alerts is that you are one of the first people to comment on a forum thread/blog post and therefore will get more clicks.

6) Visit every URL and respond in some way to the post. If it’s a blog, comment with a link to your site. If it’s a forum (ideal) then do the same. Put some thought into your posts.

Don’t just write “go to my site here plz www.xxx.com”.

Something like “I always check out this website before buying any products in [niche name] – [website link]. My personal favourite is [product X - a random product from the review site] because [whatever, whatever, whatever].”

It’s not too hard to get this past forum moderators if you are clever about it. Forums are great as they will get you instant traffic and they tend to rank really well.

7) Rinse and repeat

The beauty of this method is that it can be done in a ton of niches, it’s really easy to setup and you can get traffic instantly.

“Why did you call it SEO-jacking”? Well – most of these posts will start ranking for your keywords after a while so by already being on that page, you can leverage off their rankings in the long term.

So short term: direct traffic from the forums/blogs.

Longer term: direct traffic once the posts start to rank.

This is REALLY easy and anyone can do it. There’s no reason at all why you can’t make $100 a day doing this. It will bring residual income and you don’t have to spend months waiting for your sites to start ranking only to drop again when Google changes their algo!

I’m sure most of you can come up with some ways to twist this (I’ve obviously posted a basic version) or you could of course be lazy and just buy some xrumer blasts on Fiverr and spam the shit out of niche forums

A common method that people use to make money online these days is by building what are called “Micro Niche Sites.” These sites attack a small keyword or set of keywords related to a particular niche of products or information and monetize the site by using affiliate programs such as Amazon or contextual advertising like AdSense. Well, if we are to look at it in terms of return on investment then building micro niche sites can be extremely profitable. Let us take a conservative example and examine it. Suppose you pay $10 for a domain name and build a micro niche site for that domain. Then suppose you are able to get that site to where it is making you 25 cents per day. This does not sound like much money right off the bat, but if we take a look at it in terms of return on investment we see a much different picture.

Since we are paying $10 per year for that web site, and there are 365 days in any given year, we see that we are going to make $91.25 per year off of that web site alone. If you do a quick return on investment calculation, you will see that it exceeds 800%! In the real investment world this would be almost unheard of, as most investors seek a 10-15% return on investment. However, in the online world this type of return on investment is quite possible.

Since $91.25 per year does not seem like much, we must remember that when you’re building micro niche websites they idea behind it is volume. The more money you spend and the more web sites you buy and build, the more money you will make. Just take the above example and scale it up. If you were to spend $3000 per year on websites (300 web sites total) and each one made 25 cents per day, you would be pulling in over $25,000 per year. Are we now seeing how nice this can be? This make money on YouTube method is nothing fancy but it is tried and tested – the basic components of it are simply finding product related videos that are ranked on page one when we do a ‘name of product + modifier’ search. Then what we aim to do is simply hijack the ranking with our own video.

1. Find a product that you would like to promote: this could be either information products on Clickbank or any kind of other products where you have access to an affiliate programme. The most important thing to consider if we want to make money on YouTube is that the product is actually selling.

2. Do the keyword research: if we want to make money on YouTube we need to target buyer keywords because our job

of selling is going to be much easier if your potential customer is already in buying mode – for example:

product name + discount

product name + review

buy + product name

product name + scam (this is usually the best one for selling Clickbank information products)

In order to make money on YouTube, it is recommended to only target keywords with at least 300 EXACT local monthly searches – you can find this out by using Google Keyword Tool. 3. Check the competition:  If the competition is too high then its not going to be possible to make money on YouTube. Do a Google search for your chosen keywords. Then you need to look at how many videos are ranking on page one. If there are more than 3 videos ranking on page one then you need to dump those keywords and try another variation. If there are no more than 3 then you need to then see how many views each video has got – they all need to have no more than 20000 views as well as no more than 200 backlinks. If they have less than 200 backlinks then it should be easy to take over their ranking. Go to the Google Keyword Tool and set it to EXACT (very important) and try to find a keyword with at least 10-20 thousand searches per month. After you have found a keyword you like the look of, put it into Google search and perform a search on it. The ideal situation would be for there to be no YouTube videos in the top 10 – but it does not mean this keyword is useless to you if there does happen to be a YouTube video in the top 10. If you want to find out more about the competitiveness of the keyword you are thinking of using, then Market Samurai is the most respected keyword research tool out there. Its preferable to choose between a lower competition keyword than it is for a higher competition keyword, but if there is no YouTube video in the top 10 then that would be all the keyword research I would bother doing because there is no reason why my video would not take that top 10 spot.

Find a related CPA offer

For example if your keyword is about the new Nintendo console – Wii U, then a CPA offer where you could get a free Wii U with an email submit would be a great match. I would always prefer offers where you get a small amount of money without anyone needing to buy anything because it’s always going to be much easier to get someone to submit their email address than it is to get them to part with their money.

Start recording your video

Use some video making software like Camtasia or Camstudio (which is free) and start recording yourself filling out the offer. It is very important you do this with your offer preview inside your CPA account so you don’t get in trouble for filling out your own offers. Also download related images – a few pictures of the Wii U would do nicely in this case.

Make a short video montage

You are going to have to be a little bit creative here – start your video with a few images of the Wii U console and include some kind of text. For example – ”Want a Wii U?” ”You could be one of the first to get one”…..and so on. After that you need to let them know that all they have to do is visit your offer and follow the instructions – this is the part where you include the video of yourself filling out the preview offer.

Fiverr.com would be a good place to go for this – just find the most popular SEO services and use them as it will only cost $5 per video. When they ask you for the anchor text it will just be your keyword. If pinging is not included then ping the links yourself when you get your report. Another way to improve the effectiveness of your video is for there to be positive comments and likes on it. It is a good idea to close the comments after you get your first few positive ones because there is no reason why there being negative ones is going to help.

This is pretty much all there is to it. It is reasonable to expect to make at the very least $5 a day on keywords with at least 20 thousand exact searches per month. You just need to rinse and repeat and there is no reason why you can’t make a new video each day.

I do know of a CPA network called Global Matrix Media which is auto-approve but you need to explain your promotion method before they will let you promote a particular offer – you can join here. Another option is MaxBounty which is a CPA network with an excellent reputation and over 10000 active affiliates. One thing they are well known for is that they are never late in paying their affiliates – you can apply for your account here. Last but not least, you can join the popular internet marketing forums like Warrior Forum and look out for people advertising for CPA network affiliates in their forum signature, I have personally done this before and got accepted easily.
